Mrs. Ocie Lee Arnold was born on July 18, 1943 in Barbour County, AL
She was born to the late J. G. Thomas and the late Eva Tarver.
She was married to the late Nathaniel Arnold.
She confessed Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Olive Baptist Church where she served and worked faithfully on the Usher Board. She loved going to church until her health failed.
Her Book of Life was closed Monday, May 30, 2016 at Crowne Health Care Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Nictoria Arnold and Dominique Arnold, a brother, Joe Louis Tarver.
Ocie Lee Arnold leaves to cherish her memories, a loving Mother of four, three sons, Arthur James Tarver of Eufaula, AL, Micheal Ross (Teresa) Arnold of Norfork, VA, Melvin Arnold of Eufaula and one daughter, Carolyn Arnold of Eufaula, AL. Four grandsons, Cordarius William, Niquavious Eford, Mason Arnold and Micheal Arnold, Jr., one loving sister, Mattie Mae Thomas of Midway, AL, and one loving brother, Henry Lee Tarver; aunt Ella Haynes, Haines City, FL, uncle, Walter Lee Tarver of Eufaula, AL; a special and devoted nephew, Xavier Howard; a loving and caring niece and nephew, Rose (James) Burden Augusta GA, Eve Bell Scott, Decatur, GA, Mary Ann Jernigan Stone Mountain, GA, Otis Tarver, Floyd Scott, Ellis Glover, Mickey Thomas, Midway, AL, Walter Lee Thomas of Enterprise, AL and cousins
