Ms. Crystal Tolbert

M.Ed, CFSP, LFDE (AL & GA), CCO

Crystal Tolbert, daughter of Eddie and Ruth Tolbert of Jakin, Georgia, serves as a Funeral Director and Embalmer for HR Franklin. Crystal has worked in the funeral service industry since 2016. She has always had a passion for caring for others in her community. Following high school, she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Valdosta State University. She also obtained her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. Crystal always enjoyed educating students; however, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a licensed funeral director. In 2019, she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Funeral Service from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, later becoming licensed in the states of Alabama and Georgia.

Whenever she is not serving bereaved families at the funeral home, or as Early County, Georgia Coroner, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing, and playing the piano.

Ms. Naiesshia Thomas

LFDE (AL)

Ms. Naiesshia Thomas is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the state of Alabama. She is a 2010 graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service and has a deep passion for serving families with care, dignity, and compassion. Outside of her professional work, Ms. Thomas enjoys attending basketball games and exploring new restaurants in her community.

Ms. Sonja Franklin

Lady Attendant

Sonja is a native of Eufaula, Alabama, and serves as a lady attendant at HR Franklin. She is a 1990 graduate of Eufaula High School. After graduation she attended Wallace College (Sparks Campus) and obtained her Associate’s Degree in Office Administration. She is also a Certified Medical Assistant. 

Since 2017, she has worked at HR Franklin serving families as a lady attendant. Sonja is actively involved in the community. She is employed as a Paraprofessional through Kelly Services at Eufaula Primary School. She also serves as Assistant Secretary at Rocky Mount Missionary Baptist Church in Eufaula, Alabama.

Mr. Cedric Freeman

Attendant

Mr. Freeman was born and raised in Eufaula, Alabama and is a 1999 graduate of Eufaula High School. He has served in the funeral service industry since 2013. 

Mr. Freeman is a community activist. He serves as a Deacon at First Baptist Church in Georgetown, Georgia. Serving families and developing lasting relationships with families is something that Mr. Freeman loves to do. 

In his spare time, he enjoys caring for the elderly, attend church. He has one son, Cedric.

Mr. Johnny Robinson

Attendant

Mr. Robinson is a native of Eufaula, Alabama, who attended Rebecca Comer High School in the Springhill community. 

He is also a deacon at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Eufaula, Alabama. 

In his spare time, he loves landscaping and being with family and friends.

Mr. William Harris

Attendant

Mr. Harris is a native of Cuthbert, Georgia who brings over twenty years of service to the firm. He has always had a passion for serving others in the community. 

In his spare time, William enjoys fishing and watching television.

He has one daughter, Shanice D. Harris.

Miss LaZaria Shorter

Miss Taylor Gilbert
